It will generally pull to the side with the least positive caster, and in your case that would be the right so no surprise there. The toe is not completely terrible at all IMHO, but I like getting total toe a bit lower and individual toe even on both sides. How is tire wear with the current front toe?

Just put new tires on so can’t say just yet on the wear. The last set wore a little less on the on the outside but generally even from what I can tell. Agree I would like to see the toe evened up.

So, what exactly is the difference between a TC uca and a factory stock one. I mean, what has been done to the TC uca to allow for the change in angles and geometry to allow for a good alignment?

The arm is built with caster added at the top of the spindle. If you stack a TC arm on top of a factory arm, the uniball is not at the same location as the ball joint.

This much I know, but what are the differences exactly, like what are the numbers

I wouldn't know the numbers, but it's enough to add 2 degrees of positive caster or whatever the manufacturer advertises

2* for most but the SPCs can add +/- 4* since they are adjustable.

I have a 3" lift with SPC LR UCA. 40K miles no problems. Just got some new wheels, tires and alignment. Tech said my alignment was real close to the last alignment and liked how easy it was to do the alignment this time. Pic of my new skids.

You can adjust them 4* forward and back for caster. The top nut can then be adjusted for camber. So both are adjustable.

Does anyone have or know where to get a drawing that has actual numbers?
Blue print, design for a TC uca ?

    It's a secret ;) (kidding)

We build these arms with added caster to allow for easier alignment on lifted applications. This is great for people running 2.5-3" of lift. If you're experiencing wandering or darting of the vehicle, or poor alignment numbers, a set of TC UCA's will correct this.

On top of that, the construction is completely different. TOTAL CHAOS UCA's are built of 4130 chromoly and feature a 100% stainless steel uniball compared to the factory OEM balljoint. Urethane bushings work to reduce deflection compared to stock and are re-greaseable with built-in zerk fittings. This provides a better ride and easier maintenance when it comes time to grease or replace. More details on our UCA's can be found here:

We can't help with this, we don't share build drawings or blueprints for ANY of our products. They don't exist on the interwebs either since we don't ever publish them. Just giving you a heads up

Thanks for the insight and reply, you guys have a great product that allows for lifts in a way that allows the DIY'er to have a functional truck with sweet lifts and such.

Hello just checking if the numbers on my alignment are ok. The caster is off by .4 from the left to the right and was wondering if that was too big of a discrepancy... I have my SPC uca's set at the neutral "D" setting now. They were at "B", but when I put on my 2001 4runner rims and goodyear duratracs for the winter, they rubbed against the mud guards. I set the uca's to "D" and got another alignment cause the "B" setting was bringing the tires too far towards the rear and they couldnt bring the tires up far enough from the cam bolts at the "B" setting. Now im not rubbing, but wanted my numbers checked by knowledgeable peeps to let me know if they are ok. thanks20190123_163653.jpg

Those look good, ur caster is a little off from side to side but less than a half of a degree, u won't even notice it.

Thanks, they are new tires. Will that .4 difference effect tire wear?

No, caster has nothing to do with abnormal tire wear
