I may bump my SPC up to the next positive setting after I get done with my gears tmrw. Stuffed 35x12.50s on it.

Do you use the truck off-road? If so, it doesn't rub when you're tucked??

I have a very similar setup. Same size tires. 17x9 with -12. Dobinson's 3"ish, and JB UCA's and I've had to cut so much. But my caster was only at 2.8*. Will a degree make that much difference?

You’ll have better clearance at 4 degrees. My 2015 is a prerunner but I use to in trails to places i go hiking if I were full cocked and hit a big hole it might rub the body mount some. Next time I go somewhere I’ll see what it takes to get it to rub.

I'll definitely get it realigned. I've been wanting too anyways. There was a small amount of neg toe that I don't think is a good thing either.

My alignment set up is, .04 toe in, .5 positive camber and 4* positive caster. Some guys may run an extra 1/2 degree caster on the passenger side for road crown but imo it doesn’t make a difference.

What does the TW masses think?
    2013 Double cab 4x4
    285/70/17’s
    Bilstein 5100s
    OME 885s
SPC UCAs. ~ installed on D setting. Alignment tech ended up changing the setting to G. So he says. Looks as such underneath.
Of course it rubs. I trimmed the fenders and the pinch weld. CMC sometime soon but the concern was the fenders. Shouldn’t hit the cab mount until I stuff it on the trails.

I search and search for specs and everyone’s is different.

Caster is horrible. He didn’t even get it to factory specs. With the uca’s he should have been able to do that at least if not better like 3.5. With my jba’s got 4* with no problem.

Agreed, caster is horrible. Not surprising that the tires rub. YOUR ALIGNMENT GUY IS A MORON.

Was thinking same. Even after I sat there to explain it. I have free alignments here and wanted to give it a go after I installed them. For a chance they’d save me $$. But I have an appointment for Wednesday at an off road shop in Ormond beach. Pics as good as I can get for now. Raining hard.

I think I’m going to take it to the same “company” different location by work. I think I can explain it to them at this location and get better results. Or hell I could probably just set the UCA in the position I want and let them dial it in from there.

Hopefully they have someone that actually understands the principles of alignment, and not just someone that does what the computer tells them to do.

Update I just did another alignment on my truck. 3rd since I've lifted it. No fights with the truck like I've heard others state. Start with caster, do camber and then toe. Right on the money.
