I sometimes have the same problem but most of the time it seems to be related ot the activation of the traction control at hard acceleration on slip surface like rainy pavement.

So I believe the issue is resolved.
I pulled the 0/2 sim back apart. I found water in the connectors(we go some heavy rain the other day) on both sides. More on the passanger side. I noticed no rubber seal. So I dried it all out and put in some die electric grease. So far 60miles and no check engine light.

On a side note I'm also see a nice increase I'm MPG. Normly I get right around 200 a take in city drive. So far I'm at 210 and still a little over 1/4 tank.

Just a update. What I thought I had fixed is not. Today I got code po420 and po430
I cleared them then with in a few min got po420 again.
I have now sent 3 emails to UDR and have not for a response. So I'm going to try calling them tomorrow.

Dang, that's awful. I've been wanting a set of these, but not if it's going to throw codes all the time.

We have no issues with Lucario Runner's and I don't believe @SconnieHailer is either.

This poor guy just seems to have bad luck with his.

No issues for me in respect to codes. Just header touching the coil bucket. Fixing that with solid motor mounts soon though...

I mounted front o2 in the collector of the header and used the urd extension harness. Rear o2 is still in stock ypipe location with simulator attached.

I'm going to try that. I think having mine mounted in the one runner could be causing some issue.

Any idea if only installing the passenger side motor mount would keep it from rubbing?

Even if it did,,, solid on one side, rubber on the other? I would be more concerned with the solid mount flexing it's way to cracking.

I'm not into having vibrations at idle. If a solid mount cracks from vibrations, then it wasn't that great to begin with.

Well just wait until I get mine and I'll tell you how much vibe there is at idle. I'll even solid mount a camera on the dash before and after. Should be able to tell how much vibe there is that way. I'm not worried about it, I hardly ever just sit idle in my truck, waste of gas

Meh, these trucks have vibes anyways lol. Soon as you throw on an offroad tire and change the suspension, you've got vibes. There are guys who spend years and money trying to track down phantom vibes after a lift. Then theres those of us who shrug and say "its a truck, MOAR BOOST!". my solid engine mounts are sitting on my work bench, waiting for the solid transmission mount to be made so i can install the matching pair together. Vibes be damned!

That's fine if you plan on doing all that stuff, but I don't. I daily drive my truck and will never off-road intentionally. I won't be installing a lift, aftermarket suspension, or off-road tires. I sit at idle quite a bit during my commutes as well as when we go out.

We did the collectors. As he and I both knew that extensions were required. As well as he already had purchased extensions back when he had the 2nd Gen DTLT's.

It'd make for some strange engine vibrations. That would very likely be felt in the cab.
