I ordered the extensions Last night. I'm really hoping this fixes the issue. I think it will as it seems I'm the only having issue. If this does fix the issue then URD ;) will need to update there site that the 0/2 needs to go in the collector.
I'm interested to see if you guys moved your 0/2s up if you would get the same issue as me

Have you thought about swapping the left and right sensors to see if the problem stays with the sensor or the header?

I have but I'm also getting p0430 some times. More p0420. I will try moving the o/2's down to the collector first. Then move on from there. Trying one thing at a time

Smart move, just thought you might try moving them around while waiting for the extensions.

Just wanted to update you all. I got the 0/2's moved down to the collector. So far I have about 100miles since moving them and no check engine light. So it seems running the 0/2's in the single runner causes there to be to much of a variance between the 2 sensors even when running the 0/2 sims.

And you were right. Made a 200 mile trip to my parents house on Monday. No check engine light the whole way. The next morning I got up and did some running around and about 5 miles in check engine ligh. Code p0420/p0430.
I would like to know if anyone else with these headers also has a TRD SC with the TRD flash.

Are the wires for the WRAF sensors swapped? Which side of the truck has the harness with the blue tape on it?

I did one side at a time so no way I could have mixed them up.
And when I pulled then back off to have the flanges machined I plugged the afr sensors back and then them hang

The header has a nice dent in it where the was hitting. It's clearanced it self. Can't really hear it rubbing anymore.

On a side note I'm going to try and run a O/2 spacer on the rear O/2 and take out the URD 0/2 sim.
I know people are going to say you can't do that because the the warf sensors needs the 2nd for cal. But VW have been using wide band 0/2 for years and people use spacers all the time on those cars.
I'm just getting sick of the check engine light.

Nice mine does too. I wish i had a go-pro to mount there and get video to see when it's hitting because i'm pretty sure mine touches under full throttle in 1st 2nd and maybe 3rd. I've got solid motor mounts going in next week so that should solve it for good. I'm tired of keeping out of the skinny pedal...

Any possibility that the O2 SIM is bad? I would ask URD if there is a way to check it with a multimeter.

Sorry guys. Have not been on here much. Life has kept me away. I'm still getting codes. And the headers are still contacting the coil buckets. At this point i only get a check engine light after driving the truck for over a 100miles turning it off then driving some more. That's when it comes on. I just clear it and go on my way. Gadget has tried to help but seems to ask the same questions. I'm still going to use the old school 0/2 spacers and see if that fixes the issue.

At least with it being a 100 miles before a CEL, all systems are a go and you can still pass an OBD2 systems ready test.
