That's the company, I couldn't think of it. They also used big pipe didn't they? Our trucks don't need 2.5 or 3" y's for any reason besides boosted applications.

    Stock ypipe is like 2"?

2" to 2.25". Optimally would be 2.25" legs. Such as the simple URD Y-pipe.

The Spec-U Y-pipe is under assessment, until a resonance issue is overcome.

I am having the same issue with the URD o2 sim, takes about 100 miles and then I will get p0430 and p0420.

I have the DTLT headers and the o2 sim.

I tried using some spark plug foulers to space the o2 sensors out while keeping the sim installed but still get codes.

Move your O2-sensors behind the cats.

That’s a lot of work need to weld some bungs and extend the wires. I might just try using the vibrant o2 sims

2012-2015 are known to have issues with the O2 sim working properly. URD is aware as well.

***Just realized that you stated the same thing. ^^^***

In FJ Cruiser, the wires was just long enough. So just new bungs.
    But try Vibrant shims first.

Mines fit fine. Still need more testing on the cel but at least your 2wd. My driver side j style won't fit due to the front driveshaft.

The middle one. Seems like everyone is using that size on the net. Good luck brutha. I got my fingers crossed for mines. Christmas is well over and can't stand my dash lights being like a christmas tree.

Well I just got it in the mail today and installed. No problem with the sensor fitment in the j-pipe. I did have to bend the wire harness bracket on the passenger side so the wires would reach. Also had to remove the exhaust bracket on the drivers side to install, it when back on with no problem once installed. I went straight to the smallest insert.

    Also this is on a 2015 X-runner

    Some photos of the install

I will be driving the truck to work tomorrow and Friday 15 miles each way so I should know by the weekend. Currently I have a permanent code for P0420 and P0430.
