Lol. Same kinda. I spent a day trying to not have to make it, 2 full days of fab and I still have to plate the bottom, drill last hole and weld it. So, 3 days like 8 hrs a day. Wrists are all burned up, caught my shorts on fire today and burned my leg. It’s been a battle for sure.

A little welding and I’m ready to start links.

Panhard frame mount turned out really nice. Gotta clean it up a bit but I like it a lot. Prob gonna change axle side to this style.

Full bump/full steer. Once links are on I’ll prob have to trim panhard mount a few mm or move axle mount forward a bit and frame mount back.

frame 24.5”, axle housing 25.5” to center. It’s a wrap. Ill take it. I’m moving on finally.

2.0 14. I’ll get tuned bypasses in the future. Wanted to keep it cheap.

99.9% of the time cheap is not the answer and cheap tend to turn more expensive at the end :D

Ask me how I know :p

I didn’t know vehicle weights, spring rates or if 2.5’s were gonna fit properly (that was before I cut the truck up) Those coil overs were $1000 shipped w springs and I can sell. Once I test the truck I will know what I want and get something and can wait 6-8 weeks lead time.

Fox Factory 2.5x14 will cost you about 2500 if you want DSC and reservoir. Hopefully wait time improved from when I bought mine. I end up waiting slightly over 3 months.

Make sure you taken into account that a 2.0and 2.5 or even 3.0 compressed and collapsed lengths are all different.

Steering plate was a pain in the ass! Can’t get last bolt. Don’t feel like beating it in right now. Gonna have to silicone it or something cause water is gonna go in there and rust.

@trailgear should use the slogan “we sell a bunch of shit that almost fits”

Got winch where it will live I think. It’s kind of big but free is free.

thanks. It looks ok to me but I’m not sure on the sprung mass and the Panhard is showing up funny on the overhead view.
