Your y-axis panhard numbers are incorrect. One should be positive and one negative. Right now your panhard is 3” long

This is where mine ended up and it drives/wheels well

Ok. I was like wtf is my Panhard 3 dots. Lol. Thanks. It didn’t change anything else thankfully. Upper link was on wrong side too.

Been through a bunch of cycles today and everything is exceeding my expectations.

Problem is, when driver full bump and pass at ride height the Panhard pulls the diff over like 3/4” and yoke is hitting frame by at least 1/4”.

Idk if I should extend Panhard frame mount out like 2” and axle mount an inch or so to get less sway or notch frame right at the bend it has where it straightens up. Or both. Forgot to take pics. Was kinda annoyed. You can see how tight it is in this older pic though.

Have a plan to avoid all this bullshit but it’s super excessive.

I’d probably try a longer frame side mount.

how close in length is the panhard to the draglink?

Does the panhard clear with the passenger at full bump and driver down? Looks like it’ll hit the frame. I ended up using a ruffstuff or barnes with multiple holes and after cutting it a few times, remade it to be the original length to stop so much of a swing.

I have the same one and it works great. You can relocate the control unit to inside the engine bay too.

I figured out that the axle cam out of center about 1/2” while steering just before I set the Panhard but it was enough to cause an issue with the yoke. It’s tight still but I think it will be fine. Just have to grind the frame plate but it needs work anyway. Pics are all with driver side at 26” to center of hub and pass at 20.

Got The last piece I needed for the front today. It’s really nice. Gonna pull front and do gears/locker and weld all the mounts this week.

Got my flowtech manifolds today. Now I can set the upper link w out stressing. Super tight to block. Not the best looking product but honed real nice. I think flowtech is hookers b grade stuff. For half the price I’ll take it.

Forgot to take after pics but Axle is out and prepped for final weld and paint. Doing something kinda cool w it this weekend too.

    Hell yeah!

Those headers look way better than anything Pacesetter does; think PS hires blind people to stick weld their shit together.

That's a shame. If you ever had an LSx of any sort, and wanted to see a good example of how not to weld, you ordered Pacesetters.

I kinda hate trusses but this one is kinda lo profile. It’s a pain but will be nice to have flat surfaces to mount to. Lost 3/4” of up travel but can make it back w an oil pan.

Welds are getting better. The cast iron is actually welding kinda nice.

Manifolds don’t work. Comes slap down in the middle of my upper. Gonna have to just make the exhaust from scratch. Shoulda just committed to that from the beginning.
