Soon as I get Evan's, you can have mine for free.

Just lend a hand in doing the swap.

Got shot in the back 16 years ago, sustained some nerve damage, and it's progressively gotten worse over the years.

    Catch up :luvya:

Don’t worry buddy. I got you on that axle!

Btw, I didn’t want to say anything yesterday but, those clean tigs I sent you were done on my friends Lincoln precision tig 275 no pulse, same torch but ceramic fupa. I still think it’s the filler but gonna confirm today. I’m kinda pissed I did most of manifold w that thick ass 1/16 filler.

Haha! When I have my new shop setup I’m totally doing a 3rd gen runner sas daily daily on a 34 or 35.

3rd gen runner is nice but cost more to built vs a 3rd gen pickup because of the driver drop case. I like the idea of having a longer wheel base and having a bed to hauling my junk or to sleep in. Throw a camper shell on and call it good. Imma go with a p-drop case this time as toyota axles are readily available. My end goal is to pay no more than $10k out of pocket for this built, including the truck purchase.

I picked up a complete 160k 3.4 with ecu and engine harness, body harness, fuel tank and sending unit, automatic 4x4 with passenger drop case from a 96 t100 for $1k and want to swap it in for reliability and power. That's why I want to drop it in a clean third gen pickup with a 3slow. My buddy have a 98 t100 8.4" axle (66.75" wms) setup with 5.29 and harrop elocker collecting dust that I can buy for $1k. I need to find a LC HP8 (63.50" wms, hp elock preferred, but can run a lp elock if needed) complete axle to built. I have miscellaneous parts from upper and lower shock mount, perches, shackles, u bolt flip kit, etc stored in a tote. I even have marlin crawler 23s 4.7xd crawl gear and a complete top shift rf1a case, I just need to buy the adapters and assemble. I'll run Ranchos 44044 front springs and chevy 63 for the rear on dirty5s, no taller.

This will be my daily commute truck and fully capable rig beside my Toycoma beast on 4dz.

I'm in no rush as I'm in the "parts collecting" phase. Might be a several years to complete, but oh well.
