Im working on the condenser now too. Its temp mounted. You can kinda see. Gotta make some aluminum brackets to hide the black condenser on everything aluminum.

You know how it goes. You think you're on top of shit and then you remember you need to buy/replace a $1000 part. Then you forget and spend $1000 on other parts and realize you still need the other thing, x always.

My front driveshaft which I still haven't bought is a perfect example.

10k gone the day I bought a 3.4 SC, rebuilt trans and dual cased a drivetrain that spent 24 hrs in truck. I forgot about that 10k actually. Got 3k back though so that's an ok ROI.

Intercooler/rad are money but my little chiquita condenser is gonna be an issue I think. May have to hook up some kind of alcohol mister or some shit if I have problems. Having a major problem fitting this giant reservoir. Only place I can get pitch and hood closed is where other stuff lived and now I have to remote mount coils and still waiting on more fittings. fml.

The bottom is the killer. You don't realize how big it is til you try to put it someplace. It's more than half a kids riding boot.

Was coilover shopping today. Then I realized the ones I want are $950 each.

Will it not fit where it was in the previous photos? Where the stock battery would've sat? Can trim out the little tray below it and sink it in a little more too.

 

I have a lot of room up there but motor is mounted so high that the reservoir drain would be like 3” lower than pump fitting. Even when I pressurize w that fancy thing @02hilux just got Psc said could have some cavitation and/or flow problems.

 

Wow, 3" lower then the pump itself? That's crazy

 

Don't know how much clearance you need, but what about shortening the height of the reservoir some?

 

It's limited due to the replaceable filter

 

Are there other reservoir options that aren't PSC?
