Yeah, so far that is what I am thinking of doing. Perhaps a combination of that and going to 884s on the front would lower it enough to be perfect.

I am worried however for how taking some leafs out and taking the overload out will affect performance.

I am looking at it through a weight carried viewpoint, not from an offroad viewpoint.

If you are gonna take out the 885's and go to 884's you are going to add about 3/8" to the rake

IMO , you might be farther ahead to remove the 885's and Dakars and go to 883's or 884's and get a Wheelers HD leaf pack and sell the coils and Dakars while they are fresh

I sort of want to kick myself in the ass for not seeing that when I bought.

Buying from Wheelers or DSM atm is not an option. Shipping to PR is too expensive. I did the OME kit because I went to the US and sent it by boat, which was much much cheaper, specially since I sent it along with more stuff I bought for the truck and my company.

I think moneywise, I am only willing to change the coils. Maybe 884 or 883. I guess 883 would be more in line if I remove both the 3rd leaf and the overload. 883 seems like the lowest coil and seems to still have the same properties as the 885, apart rom height.

    Lol. :D

Only one that has actually been a problem to get in is my mother, she is sick so I guess I need to let her have that one. Last time I just placed some steps so she could get in... then went and got my car so it would not keep being a problem.

Chics have not had problems... yet...
