Ok long story short. Has anyone seen universal joints fail do to output shaft angles? Without having any vibrations while driving?

I see that you failed English Grammar in high school.

My god that is some hard reading right there. "WALL Of Text"

From reading that I think I understand that the U-joint Cap Seals are cracked?

    1. You need to give them more than one shot of grease. Pump it in until you see fresh grease oozing out of all 4 bearing caps.

    2. If it just the seals that are cracked don't worry about it just keep them greased and you should be fine.

    3. If the metal caps are cracked, replace them asap. I don't think that the lift did it but they will need to be replaced with new.
