Yeah, I just started slowly from the outside and worked inward...it stayed in my hands the entire time.

Also, remove any rings you might be wearing. My wedding band tapped the cover and it scared me. Didn’t leave a mark, but just something to consider.

Ok thanks. It’s weird... I don’t see it on the passenger side light but if I look at your pictures in the 1st post I think I see the same thing you are describing. Either way you are right, it doesn’t hurt the function. Thanks.

Got in just before dark and I couldn’t wait till morning to install. Stock on passenger side vs Mesojdm on the driver side. Thanks @mesojdm for your hard work and creativity. DFA53514-9F92-4A79-83B8-CA23249B15A7.jpg

Got mine installed. Left side no issues. Right side was a pain. 1st trying to get mirror cover off then the foaming strips not quite in the right spot. Tried to pull it back as far as I could with my finger nail. May have to remove it. Not sure.

Yea that passenger side isn't in all the way, it's not sitting properly. The foam shouldn't be showing like that. The lights look great tho

I'll double check it but I'm pretty sure I got it in correctly.

For you guys that may be having difficulty getting the weatherstripping tucked in, I did fine Starting off with the bottom side of the turn signal rocked down where the LEDs point towards the ground and then tucking it into the edge and then rocking it up in place did a very good job of tucking the weatherstripping in, instead of trying to just push it down into place with the turn signal in the position that it would finish in.

Yeah I just took it out and tried to see if it went in or down more and it's snapped right into place just fine. Looking at the weather stripping on the left one it does look like the right one is just a few millimeters off from where it should be.

Got my set yesterday and was able to resist the urge to put them in till just now. install was pretty simple, I had to push the weather stripping up on the passenger side and it sits well but I can still see a small amount of the residual glue. I may try to remove that with some rubbing alcohol and a q-tip.

I also managed to break the small hooks that hold the wires but they really dont seem necessary after installing the lights. overall I'm very happy.IMG_20180325_153534.jpg

@TacoLuke anyway you can send me the info about size and type lift you have. And rim and tire size with offset and backspacing.

I also broke my hooks. The wire was so damn short it was almost impossible to pull over the hook. I don’t think they matter.

    Sure.
    6" rough country spacer lift
    Billy 5100s
20" x 9" +18 with wheel spacers ( would recommend a negative offset minus the spacers)

I'm glad I'm not the only one. the wires seemed to stay in place the same whether they were hooked or not.

now I just hope I can get rid of this glue, you cant see it from more than a foot a way and you gotta be looking for it but I know its there and so its bugs me.
