    Depending on if I order these in time before they're sold out again. lol

    My question is do these lights have a resistor built in or not? My only concern is hyper flash, so if I need to purchase one I can go ahead and do so.

    Your stock mirror flashers are LED. There's essentially no change in resistance to create a hyperflash. You will get the sexy smoked look (chrome delete) and a brighter signal, easy installation, and no downsides.

    So I was directed to remove the bumper, take a rubber mallet and 2x4 and straighten it out and reinstall it. I advised them I wasn’t interested in doing that as I bought a new bumper and don’t have the time to do this all over again. That’s why it took me over a month to get it installed from the time I received it and I asked what else could be done. I was told “as their web site states to file the claim with the carrier but if I wanted more direction on how to fix it I could contact them”. Kind of puts a bad taste in my mouth. Love the bumper @SouthernStyleOffRoad but can’t say I’ll refer anyone or recommend anyone to go the same route. I’ll try fed ex and update you again. Pretty sure I’ll be told to gfm again...

    I don’t know what you’d expect from them to be honest? The damage was done by the carrier, and over a month ago.

    I know it sucks, but what were you hoping for? A new bumper?

    No not at all. But I can’t be certain the damage was done by carrier. I initially thought so but after looking at it the damage to the box was opposite side of the bend. It’s likely the carrier but I dont know that. And without seeing it on the truck I couldn’t tell the damage was there. I inspected on video the day I received the package. Again not looking for a free new bumper I understand shit happens but something more than spend another 3-4 hours on your vehicle and beat your $2,000 bumper with a hammer and it’s good.

    So did you get it corrected to pretty much the way it should’ve been? If so, glad to hear. I don’t see anything wrong with expected the company to help you if it could’ve fallen on them.

    What people don’t want to admit is... It’s easy to be critical of someone else’s problems. That is... Until they spend $2000 on a bumper and when they open the box and it’s damaged...
