    With the amount of tearing down on a German car once those electrical gremlins come out, that’s why :)

    I have an 03 GTI that froze the comm system because the driver side was closed hard enough to piss off that temperamental love. Guess what gets driven with a CEL on 24/7 :rolleyes:

    The R1200GSA is a motorcycle with a CanBus system, very small dia wires that operates more like a computer network with each accessory a node on the common wire backbone so its easy and difficult to wire third party items or get around the CanBus without messing up the CPU. But the wiring diagrams are readily available and surprisingly easy to follow. Yellowplattypuss I saw the MESO post and I realize I need to run new wires and connect the mirror to the turn signals. I just can't seem to figure out which plug to find the power and ground at. In my LED lights on my motorcycle the blinking or dimming occurs with the ground being interrupted. Not sure if the Taco works the same way. I do know that the mirror turn signal light works when I apply power and a ground to the plug coming from the mirror. Just need to find the proper mate in the foot wells.
