What version gets the lasers?

 

I think that the laser version comes right before the version that become sentient.

 

I'm in for just the harness for a puddle light.

 

well you’re gonna need a puddle light too.... I’m working on a 3D printed snap on housing that will bolt under your stock mirror.

 

My end goal for my side mirror is the get something close if not exactly like your set up but maybe a little brighter.

 

hope it will include the light as well

Thank god for my girl, I was having trouble getting the mirror cover back on. I probably would have broken something as I was getting pissed. She has an eye for detail and saw that the black keeper with the two screws wasn’t secured properly. Fixed it and the cover popped right back on.

Great product. Took me 10 minutes to do both sides.

 

It'll be some time before the V5's come out...so I wanted to do a special run of limited edition signals.
I teamed up with DD to offer the brightest switchbacks on a Tacoma EVER.






These will be "Almost" plug and play. Only 1 wire to tap in the door. I designed OEM connectors so it will connect to the original harness


When I say the brightest I'm not joking...
The phosphorus(creme white) coating was removed from their HD strips, the PCB blacked out, and now sits behind my custom made diffuser. This acts as a "magnifying lens" making the intensity off the charts.


They aren't AS blacked out as the V4's, but the brightness makes up for it. I would say they are a good 5X+ brighter.

Hahaha I've got to stop buying these things! As a side note, what's the resistance compared to the V4s?

Not v4's and not the v5's. They are a special edition turn signals. Only 25 avalble it looks like. Teamed up with Diode Dynamics to create these.

Are these sequential?

 

No. V4's are still the most current. I do not have a model for these except "limited edition"
Not available yet. I am getting a truck into the shop where I can do a full step by step write up.

Unfortunately no. I have been pushing Paul @ DD to make a sequential variant (since all the cool kids are doing that now) but hasn't really gone anywhere..

 

Thanks for the update, I’m still very very happy with my V3’s and I think I can wait off until V5, I’ve had 0 issues with the V3’s so I’ll wait a little longer to upgrade.
