Ultimate LED turn signals

Perfect, this was how I wanted to do it.
Have it OFF when just DRLs are on, and ON when dash illuminations turn on.

Reason why you personally wouldn't do this?

 

@mesojdm I just want to confirm that the DRL and ignition wires are optional correct?

I wanted to install them as soon as i get them like the V4's but wait till i have a free weekend to take the side mirror's off and wire up the other two wires.

 

So are the ones on the website currently the V4? Was about to order a set just wanted to make sure.

Now I just need some DRL signals for the RAV4. @mesojdm any word on when the [4Runner] signals will be released?

Edit: nevermind, looks like the RAV4/4Runner signal is too small to make it worth being a DRL.

my understanding was this run of 25 were one offs and untill v5 comes out you will not see anymore.

 

So happy I landed these. Forgive my inexperience with wiring, will we have to alter the stock wiring with these at all/when we take them off will there be any evidence of it? I looked at the directions but still not sure- is that last step when you put the clip over the pink and green the only thing you have to do with wires? I saw splice and got scared. Thanks Meso!

 

You’re talking about the limited edition ? You received already ? Just asking since we aren’t far from each other .

 

when he says splice its with the wire tap or as you called it clip. You put the wires in them then pinch it with pliers. Its not cutting the wire all it does is cut the insulation so the tap makes contact with the metal. If I were to remove them I would leave the tap on. No one is going to dig in the door panels to look for mods unless you are taking it in for warranty work on the door wires..

 

Yes limited edition, and landed these as in bought them before they sold out. I haven’t gotten them yet.

Mine show shipped yesterday and arriving Tuesday

 

I'm order number 3123. I think I was one of the last ones. It showed sold out right after I bought them.

Mine is already on its way here. Got my tracking number 30 minutes after my order.
Shipped on the 23rd, a day at the distribution center, departed yesterday and arriving on Wednesday.
