Ultimate LED turn signals

I will clear this up. As we all know I don’t take pre orders, or wait lists. My signals were due to arrive on Friday the 5th, so I made the call to open orders....hence they were available. The plan was to test and box them all up over that weekend and ship out Monday. As fate would have it.. they got held up. I waited out a few days and then decided to give everyone who ordered a direct email update. I also gave them a coupon Code(which I never do) for the inconvenience.(even an option for a full refund).
They will be here any day, and I am all prepped to get them out ASAP. I try to be as transparent as possible so you guys all know what’s happening as well. I would hope everyone can understand.

I gotta give you more credit than all the credit that you receive for even stepping up and doing all this for us.

You and Drew have been really going above and beyond for us buyers. I really appreciate it. And I don’t mind the weight because all of your products have been such quality and I haven’t had any issues. (Other than my stupid address issue, but we got that figured out which also wasn’t your fault but the silly usps system)

Those who did not receive an email tonight, did you get an order email? I went back to check and I never got a confirmation email after purchasing. I got the text update and my card was charged but usually, I have an order email right away.

 

I got an email confirmation when ordering (order #7340) but no email today. I figure Meso is working quite hard on this and whenever it ships, it ships

Hmmm. I didn't receive an email confirmation that I purchased it. But my credit card history says that I purchased. Just a bit skeptical here

No need to be skeptical. Highest level customer service, and if he charged you, you'll get what you ordered. There are no shenanigans when it comes to Meso products.

 

Just throwing in the support, no worries from this end either. It'll ship when they ship.

 

I had this problem. Turns out the email went to my iCloud email, which I never check.
I spoke to drew to get my email updated. Super easy.

 

I don’t care if they take a month, the fact I know I got em coming is comfort enough.

 

Same. I could care less when they come in. And I'm even waiting on them so that I can knock out Ultimate Third Brake Light, trade out my plate lights for LED's, and I may have a line on Total Tails Stage 2 if the guy ever gets back to me. I'm just gonna wire everything up at once so my truck is only down for one day versus multiple. And even then I don't mind waiting.

Quality takes time. And this 2 man shop is putting out quality parts that beat out other manufacturers with thousands of employees and parts on the shelves everywhere. I would much rather them be not rushed and get the chance to do everything right and keep that same quality level and superior level customer service. It's not like you have to worry about it being a scam or anything. Too many people know where Meso lives. Plus, this is regular income for him that is only increasing every time he puts a product out. To even contemplate closing up shop while still having open orders he would have to find himself going "You know what I just don't really like anymore? Money." He's on the verge of making something that could be a multi-generational shop that lives on past him one day should he so choose. He's already a well known name in the aftermarket mod game.

So I know it's hard because we all are just staring at our toolboxes and other people's soon-to-be-lesser turn signals while we drive down the road. But let's be patient and give the guys time to send us this unique and superior product that you literally can't get a better quality one of anywhere else that they are somehow still cranking out in significant numbers while also cranking out other unique and superior products AND constantly designing even more. (Sunroof overhead MOLLE rack. Just in case you're bored, Meso, and need something to work on while you wait on parts.) I promise you, I have many Meso parts on my truck already, it's worth the wait and understanding of a situation that is outside of their control. Once you do get them, you'll be happy every time you turn the signal on. Hell, it'll probably cause half of you to start actually using them. There's no time constraints on Meso trying to perform a public service. lol.

 

If you dont want to wait, ask to cancel your order and you will get your refund immediately. Why are people so impatient! I guess if you just started TW and haven’t been around awhile, you wouldn’t understand the level of time and effort it takes to get his products to market. Hell, I waited over 6 months to get one of his mods. Eventually you will get it, just be patient!

Also wanted to mention, some people were waiting months for this release after being disappointed they couldnt get one in the previous releases. This one had more then enough available for everyone and still have them available. Be happy you were able to snag one, even if you have to wait 2 weeks for delivery!
