    I just did some digging to see when I ordered them and it was back in September last year, so I think it’s safe to assume they’re v3’s lol I wanna say the v4’s haven’t been out that long I stopped following the thread after buying those. Looks like I’ll have to keep an eye out for the next drop!

    @MESO
    I have a 3rd gen SR5 and am retrofitting it with mirror turn signals (oem ones for now). I was originally trying to figure out how to run them as drl ambers AND as signals. Too complicated for me so I am just going to run them as turn signals for now with a hot wire tapped off the front turn signals and ground just somewhere else.

    My plan is to try and snag a set of V5’s once they come out since they are purported to have drl and sequential turn capabilities (what I was originally hoping to do). While I’ve got the door apart and am running the wires up through the door I want to know what type/how many wires I should run in order to be good to go when the time comes to fit in the 5’s. I just soldered my power and ground into the stock turn signals since my SR5 didn’t come pre wired. Any advice is appreciated!

    The puddle light harnesses have wires in them for V5 turns. This was my intentions from the start to future proof. The only downside is the “DRL” circuit is basically ignition power. The only place to tap true DRL(i.e controlled from stalk switch) is in the engine bay. Which makes installation a little more difficult. Having 1 main T-harness to plug in the A-pillar will be a trade off for simplicity. It will still dim when headlights are on like the stock DRLS.

    As for the update with V5’s...
    I have not bailed on my initial design, but I have been working closely with a very big lighting company to help improve upon it. We are in talks about a joint collaboration with this new product. I am not sure who’s name will be on it in the end, but rest assured it will have the quality and engineering of proper optics, and light output. Having my input on design but their expertise in circuitry will make for an awesome product IMO.

    It’s supply and demand Bro!! There’s a very strong demand for these and all of MESO’s stuff. He’s a one-man show and can only make so many at a time. I waited for two years to score the set I have. You have to be on this forum and following the posts to catch up or have an idea of when they will be released. Or subscribe on MESO’s website for notifications via email when they are released. But even with that you’re not guaranteed to get a notification anytime by the time they sell out. Which I learned the hard way quite a few times. Meso usually gives a week before heads up when they are coming. Then at that point keep yourself glued to your phone or your computer to watch for the release because these things fly off the shelf.

    This is good news! I was thinking you were still working on the connectors & wiring situation. Let us know how it turns out & thanks!

    Exactly. Doing my best to keep up with demand. Making just 1 product would be easy, but having multiple in the mix..there’s no way I could have everything in stock all at the same time. I will say, every release batch has gotten bigger and bigger. So who knows, one day maybe you will be able to add everything to your cart at once.

    Connectors have been done, it’s just all the little details of turn signal internals, layout, function, etc. These are going to be really cool with different user programming modes. Example: default: flash(like stock), Morimoto XB style(sequential flash), OEM 2020 LED style(sequential fade off flash)
