Yes, that is the one. The wiring inside the cab will be the instruction set to follow.

For me, I only hooked up the red wire to the parking light illumination circuit so that I can control the DRL with the light stalk.

I have pics of my install somewhere, I'll upload them once I find them.

So it may be a little difficult to see, but here is my wire set up when I initially installed my LEs. I was also installing puddle lights and power folding mirrors, so it is kind of messy in the shot. sketch-1632320466633.jpg

So the original set up is, the red is tapped to an ignition circuit, and white is tapped into the parking lights circuit. This allows for DRL bright to come on once the truck is turned on and it will dim when you switch over to parking lights.

Instead, I chose to connect the red trigger wire to the parking light circuit and not use the white dimming wire (I just taped the wire out of the way). Cause why should you ever dim the greatness that is MESO LED.

So they turn on a step above DRL, since I like them stealth during the day. And I can turn them on at night or even during bad weather conditions. So I guess they are more like NRL (night-time tuning lights).

I have control over when it turns on, using a relatively easy wire tap. No need to run a wire through the door boot, then firewall to engine bay.

    Nice!!

I did mine a little different.

I have both running off passenger door. I am able to turn them off with the window lock with truck running. I can turn them on without parking lights on with turning off window lock (full brightness). They will turn on (override) when parking lights are activated automatically with without window lock on / off (dim)

Modifications are bad and only bad people modify.
Awesome, thanks for the ideas. I think I'm going to keep with the regular install. Seems simple enough and looks easy enough for an ape like me to do it in an afternoon. I like the idea of full brightness during the day and dim at night with the headlights on. Have I told you lately that you guys are awesome??

I like this setup but I’m confused. How can you have “both running off passenger door” when the window lock is on the Driver’s door? I must be missing something here. Any help in clarification would be greatly appreciated.

This might not be verbally accurate but an overview of what’s happening.

So it seems the power for the passenger side is run off the window power harness.
the driver side can turn off that access to all other doors (power off) window lock.

Since you cannot turn off power to the driver door with the window lock it always has power. The driver window lock is controlling that access function (passenger) to a point.
When you engage parking light, the interior lights turn on, buttons, other illuminated controls and the dim setting gets activated with or without window lock.

I’m not great at explaining stuff but does this kind of shed some light (;)) on what’s happening?

Edit: this requires running through both door boots. For the effort I would suggest just running to the headlights. Functionality is better that way.
For me, I wired this up years ago and just going to keep it for the V5’s.

So many options. I'll take the blue pill until I can find time to mess with the boot  Another quality product from @MESO

So I only got one DRL harness. I assumed we would get two, so we wouldn’t have to run wires from both mirrors to just one headlight. Was I supposed to order two @MESO?

Nope only need 1. Both mirror DRL wires go together and right into the 1 harness which taps behind the headlight. Either light, but driver is easy to get to.
