I just received most of my order for the ultimate lift (coilovers on backorder b/c I wanted the silver springs, no big deal), and I just have a quick question. On the pic of the ultimate lift, what are the 2 rectangle silver pieces with the square cut out of the middle? On the pic on the site, they are right below the coilover on the right. Sorry for the noob question, just wanna make sure I do everything right!

Do they go between the add-a-leaf and the factory spring pack, or where? Sorry for the 20 questions.

Not enough to mention on this one. Give me time!
They are the shims that go between the rear end and leaf spring. I would install them, I did on mine and have no vibs. The thicker part goes towards the rear of the truck.

they are called shims and do a google on them or search here. they go between your leaf pack and axle allowing to kind of try to correct the ds angle helping "trying" to eliminate driveshaft vibrations

They are not a spacer, they are a shim to correct the angle by 2 to 3%. USE THEM!!

I have the same kit on my truck and love it. Just adjusted the CO's the other day. Never had any vibes at all and it handles and drives great. You'll love it.

Now I'm just waiting for the freaking truck to get here! Dealer says 2/4. Spending the weekend installing the lift and the entire audio system!
