Believe the spacer extends the wheel like 50MM.

Perfect! I added them in electrical! I just have an obnoxiously loud exhaust and gutted my rear seats so music quality isn't really a must for me anymore lol I appreciate the help

Awesome, never heard of that. I actually wish the Steering wheel was higher more than out but to each their own. Thank you

Do you have this on your rig? I'm tired of inching the seat forward when I get in and putting it back to get out. Got pics?

    Cheers,

    Doc

OME 885, Toytec AAL with OME shocks, Stainless steel extended brake lines, 4:56 gearing, 255/85 on stock rims, ARB air locker front, Eaton True track rear. Off Road hide a bumper, 12,000#HF winch
Has Toyota ever produced roof racks/rails for SC? I’ve searched lots of pics on here and haven’t found any.
Advice on aftermarket? Seem everyone sells for extended/double cab.‍♂️

This will probably be your best best: https://prinsu.com/product/t2t3-prinsu-tacoma-habitat-rack/
It's a rack that's even too short for AC's. I think you'll still have to cut the end to make it fit but 3" is better than 3'. Then just follow https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/regular-cab-cap-roof-rack.634272/ for how he did it.

I don't believe anyone makes a SC roof rack although racks and bolt-on steel accessories aren't terribly difficult to alter. Angle grinder to the rear end, move/bolt the end cap up to where you cut, and voila you have a SC rack.
(If you wanted one where you don't have to drill into your cab, you won't find it. AC has to drill into the cab also)

With all the $$$$ options you want, you might have well just bought the TRX. Now you want to weight the Taco down with your list of "improvements".

Not sure what the hate's about, this is just a list for people that have an issue they would like to correct and any further ideas. I damn sure dont want to do over 75% of this to my truck.. No one said anything about doing the entire list (fun fact: the entire list minus the diesel swap and one-ton swaps on a brand new TRD Pro is STILL LESS than a new TRX lol)

Unless I missed them, I couldn't find a bed step or bed cover in your list of mods and accessories. Very nice idea compiling this list by the way.

Wow, I completely forgot about Bed steps and tonneau covers, good eye! Added in "General accessories", thank you!

And thanks! I saw there was no master-mod list and figured I'd get one rolling. If the 3rd gens are anything like the 1st gens then these trucks will last for decades to come

Hey everyone, just throwing this thread back out there. I've finished all the hyperlinks and general pricing info so if anyone would like something changed or added, please let me know.

If anyone has a detailed walk through of the bigger mods (Chevy 63, SAS, etc) and would like it to be the hyperlink then just reply back. I'd be curious to see total pricing on things like that before I personally jump into them.

    Thanks all

    Dkarr13,

I couldn't open the bed step link.

    Thanks.

    Hi Dkarr13,

I found something that you may want to add to your list, possibly under Equipment Storage/Accessories. They're cool machined aluminum bed cleats. They're made in the U.S. The seller just started making them this year. I installed a pair on my truck this week. They go on just like the OEM cleats. They're called Truck Knucks.

Thanks. Added under equipment storage since these will be used to tie down equipment being stored
