Any idea why the scan gauge is so much more $$ than the ultra gauge?
    Scan gauge - $169
    Ultra gauge - $59

After looking at the web sites, looks like they do the same thing.

I literally just got my Ultra Gauge yesterday (came in the mail Saturday, but didn't get back in town until last nite). I've had some time today to play with it today, and I'm impressed. Very clear and detailed manual. Excellent display. Better build quality than I expected from the pictures, too. Get one.

I'm wondering why so many people have spent more $$ on the scan gauge.
I agree, ultra gauge looks good.

SG was $$$, in my opinion, because there was no real competition. I have an UG and it works fine. I had a SG in my Amazon basket until I saw the UG site.

I would expect SG prices to fall or maybe offer a cheaper version and a higher end version.

The clips are from a garage door opener that was clipped on sunvisor.
