Ultra gauge won't turn on?

    I know I'm new and retarted...my truck is on... I plug in the ultra gauge... And nothing happens? I've tried to hold down all the buttons but nothing seems to be working, any advice?

    Works in my moms car... Fml I wonder if my buddy stole my obd power instead of my cigarette lighter power when he wired up some LEDs..

    U will have to email scangauge to get a new cable, account if u get it working your antilock brake warning will light up.....at least thats what happened on my 2004...and no charge with free shipping...connect cable to gauge....u can plug cable from the back or side.... try both.... start engine, then plug cable to OBDII socket(check how pins lineup to line them up with cable..... connecting should display on screen.
