ultra guage is showing code..HELP PLEASE

My UltraGuage is sounding an alarm for a pending trouble code... code is 0456 does anyone know what that might be. No check engine light on , everything looks good

from what im getting from google it has to do with the fuel system ( cap, hose, vent, line ext.)

 

just read your reply thanks for the quick answer. put gas in the truck today and left it running , that cld have caused my problem.....

 

That would definitely trip a P0456. Reset it, tighten the cap just to be sure, and you should be fine.

 

Here is what you do from this point on.

TURN OFF ALL THE ALARMS on the Ultra Gauge.

If you get a real code the check engine light will be on and you can check the code then. Until then you do not need that alarm going off for all kinds of different things that do not matter.

^^^ Word. All of those pending Alarms will make a person paranoid.
