i almost, well did forget about the rebate, once I saw my refunded GB amount, i pretty much closed the chapter on that book. one of these days I will find a $9 surprise in the mail

 

Just got email notification for my first $9 rebate refund back, message through Paypal, refund back to my card. No one else get theirs yet? Plenty of others should have have got it before me I assume?

What sucks is I just had CC fraud & they cancelled my card today. Wonder what's going to happen with the refund?

I emailed all my rebate stuff a while back. but i never got a confirmation they received it when i emailed it. Was I supposed to??

 

Bada bing! I just checked and my refund email got sent to me 20 minutes ago.

 

Received an e-mail today from Paypal saying the $9 rebate was being posted to my account. I'm very pleased with the UG so far.

 

Yes. On both of my rebates emailed I received confirmation the next day.

I got an email stating that I did not sign or date form REJECTED. worst rebate form I have ever bothered to fill out & I will not get the rebate. 30 day window gone!!

 

you had to sign the form to agree to legal disclosure iirc. its just part of the legal jargon....

they are a VERY understanding group. try contacting them.

On my first rebate I forgot to include one of the forms, I resent that rebate the next day & got confirmation. Even though my credit card got cancelled & I still received the refunds.

I would not say it's the worst. It's actually very smart of them to have them processed that way so it somewhat makes the user learn more about the proper use of their product. Never seen a company go that far to do this.

It's not the company's fault. That's how rebates are, they are expecting consumers to forget or not follow instructions properly for submitting the rebate. You'd be surprised at how many people get lured into buying something with a rebate only to not get the refund in the end for actions not followed through on their end.

 

Any chance on doing another one since this was so successful? heck look at the HID group buy. Still going strong and they have had like 8?
