I'm interested in these Bluetooth scanners. Can you read the outputs of say the knock sensors or O2 sensors like a high quality OBD scanner? Plus I think it would be pretty cool to have gauges on my tablet to look at if I needed or wanted to.

The blue driver looks awesome. But me being a cheap A$$, I was looking at the $13 Amazon ones. LOL I don't really need it and it would mainly be a "hey look at this" deal. Id rather put the money into parts I am in need of. Or would anyone know if the blue driver app would work with the cheap unit?

The blue driver app wont work with any other device sadly. If you get one of the 10$ obdII scanners on ebay or Amazon and use the torque app you may be pretty happy. There are lots and lots of apps for the cheap little bluetooth scanners

My next scanner will definitely be one of the bluetooth types. Although I like having my scan gauge as a second odometer cause of the variance.
