    You could always buy 2! That would move things along! I just posted the GB on the 4Runner site so hopefully we'll get some from them. Honestly, this is moving faster than I anticipated. I thought it would be a struggle to get even to the 1/2 way point...

    There are a number of places. I did a few Google image searches, such as "UltraGauge", "Tacoma UltraGauge", etc... If you use the image search you'll get a lot of ideas. I'm thinking of trying to devise a mounting plate to fit in the space below the cigarette lighters (that open storage bin) that I can mount this as well as a switch or two...

    Too few to list.
    On my 2011, it was mounted on top of the steering column for easy access for the buttons on the back.
