As you can see I mounted it on the bottom left of the windsheild and ran the cord through the seal. It tucked it nice and snug and runs right to where you need it. Quick and easy.

This is basically what I did exactly. I can't believe how easily the cord tucked into the rubber, and then there's a little section below the ODBII plug that is a PERFECT place to coil the remaining cable.

    Love it!!

So far I've added an Advance folding bed cover and since removed it. Gave it to my son in Maine, he has an 05 2wd. GT perfect fit seat covers. Weathertech floor mats and window vent visors. Waag center brush/grill guard. Hose clamp tailgate mod. Turned off the seat belt chime. Added Ultra-Gauge. Trailer hitch. Softopper. Replaced sun visors with slide out style. Toyota bed extender. Had Firestone Destinations and now Michelin LTX AT2 in stock size. More mods to come; Fog lights, locking storage in bed, intermittent wipers. Now looking for Radio/HU upgrade. and maybe a lift way down the road.
Looks pretty good. In the great state of NY we have required window stickers there. I'd have to go a little higher anyone remove the handle on the A post ? Thinking about mounting above mirror. I've seen a few there but how did to get the wire behind the cover of the A post. The two screws on the handle ?

What have you done to your truck lately
If you want a cleaner look run your cable through the A pillar. Need to remove two 10mm bolts from the a pillar and just pop off the A pillar cover and drop your ODBII plug down in the big hole.

Did just that last night. Need to go slow pulling cover off A post so you don't mess up the air bag. I knew I could get the cover off just not sure how easily. was pretty easy.
