I am using Windows 7 64 bit with Internet Explorer 11. I installed the Weblink updater plugin v6 in order to flash the Idatalink Maestro RR to install it with the Pioneer W8400NEX in my 2016 DCLB OR without JBL. It installed and said it was ready to use. However, after logging in and clicking the "Flash Your Module" button at http://maestro.idatalink.com/weblink, it says the following:

    Weblink updater plugin required
Click here to download the latest version.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Edit: I also have a support request placed with idatalink.

    Too much.
I had an issue as well. I can't remember what the hell the reason was (I use a Surface Go).

Thanks for the input. I did not hear back from idatalink, yet. However, for $200, with the Geek Squad Total Tech Package, they will install the head unit, flash and install the maestro, install the GPS, microphone, and satellite. One price covers all of my vehicles. So from a time versus money perspective, this is money well spent.

ohh..dang..i wish i had cought you..so easy..its just completely Internet Explorer dependent. The extension/addon simply installs to there...NOT EDGE. Internet Explorer..not in the open in Windows 10..get to it either through the start menu or by going into edge and then in the menu there select open in internet explorer. Also make sure to not have any popup or ad blockers running...its no ones fault but poor coding on idatalinks end...to support only a trash web browser is plain silly...but the product outweighs the pain..so heres to ya.
