Any performance brakes will give you dust. There's a compromise between dust (pad life) and performance. If you remember, I had the brembos for a while. They were great and I did notice a lot more bite (I think our trucks weigh close to the same), but I had brown wheels in less than a month. I think I went through them in 20k miles (I noted the actual mileage in the misfits thread). Went through them pretty quick IMO. Tried the TRD pads too- same thing but slightly less performance than the brembos. Went back to stock pads and it seems to fit my driving style and have the best wear ratio from my experience.

And that's what I'm going to do, or do what Dad says and don't the my brakes

Bike mounts? No movement on my end. Just got back form the trip and have two customers this weekend and temporary supervisor assignment for the rest of the month so I'm going to be busier than usual (at the dayjob). I have the file and the design, I just need to make the time to shop around for someone that can cut out them for me. Too many small cutouts to cut by hand and anything easier to cut would make the design look a lot more "rustic".

Scuffed up the whole arm top and bottom, and hit it with a few coats of Rust-Oleum Professional Red.
