    Seeing this thread prompted me to make my first post here. It's hard to tell from the picture just how deep the scratches are but they don't look too bad. If you can find a good detailer in your area they may be able to get polish out that "artwork". I detail professionally and I've seen some nasty things done to vehicles. You'd be amazed at what a skilled professional can do in a situation like this.

    Thanks for the welcome. I went back and re-read your post and realized that you are going to try to buff it out yourself (that's why I deleted my original post :eek:).
