I've narrowed my search down to the A.R.E. CX and Leer 100R. The options I need are a fabric liner, fold down front window, vented windoor on one side and a regular slider on the other, and roof tracks. I've been quoted $2100 for the CX and $2155 for the 100R so the price won't affect my decision in any way.

Looking through old threads it seems the difference between the two is negligible as both can have issues and some of that is related to the quality of work done by the installer.

    Any input is appreciated!

Is the design of the windoor and the regular slider the same? I've seen some shells where the outline of the windoor didn't quite fit into the molded-in area for the regular slider, if that's something you care about.

I paid just under $2k for a 100XL with fabric liner, removable front window and roof tracks.

I believe that's on the ARE shells where the windows don't quite match the mold. I ended up going with the Leer, should be here in two and a half weeks .
