2012 Tacoma DCSB Off Road Pryrite Mica

I had a Ballance and rotation service today, not at the dealership. I just looked at the invoice and it says the tires are inflated to OEM inflation 29 psi front and rear. The tires are cooper discover at3 265/75/16. I'm questioning this because I feel before they were at 35psi but that was on a different heavier vehicle. What are your guys opinions?
