Undercarriage has been looking a little rough lately and was curious what products or methods people recommend for cleaning under there.

A garden hose will do a plenty good job on washing off the underbody. As a mechanic I've found purple power degreaser works well on fluids but I am not sure how it does on dirt and dust. If you have a pressure washer there is an attachment that rolls under the truck too.

Wash it off with a hose, apply some all purpose cleaner then scrub with soap as needed, rinse off again, then apply Adam's under carriage dressing.

Dry ice cleaning. Anything else is a waste of your time and elbow grease.
