Does anyone else have an undercover that leaks? I expected a couple drops here and there but I just got mine and it leaks pretty decently around the two front corners near the cab where the mounting brackets are. Its enough to where there are some puddles in the bed after a rain and I have to open it up and dry everything off for a day. I jammed some of the holes up where I could see light coming through with extra weather stripping but that didn't seem to help. Anyone else have this problem?

Late response, but I have the same issue. Bought mine used, wondered if I was missing some parts. I notice two areas where I can see daylight up near the front, but leaks more on the passenger side than the other. The areas are big enough to stick my pinkie through, can't tell if they are supposed to be there or not.

I have the bakflip G2 and same problem, I would suggest you look for some rubber strips or something that you can fill those holes in with. Also the drain tubes suck so if you can find some plastic tubing and channel the water to go through the holes in the bed it keeps it pretty dry. Not all the way dry of course but it's a significant difference. I'm washing my car right now but I'll follow up with some pictures of my "drain tube mod"

    EDIT: Yeah, I thought yours was a one-piece. Sorry I couldn't help :p

I have the one piece classic, so no drain tubes, but I agree on the weather stripping. I just thought maybe there were some parts that came with it originally that I didn't get because they stayed with the original owners.

I've had mine since new, and it has leaked a little bit up there for all I can remember. I think it's more Toyota's fault for making the front and back lower than the side rails. It's hard to seal up those transitions near the cab.

I don't normally have any issue with anything getting wet inside. The water normally drips down the front wall and down under the bed mat where it weeps out the drain holes.

Yeah, thats what mine does. Mostly concerned about anything I leave in the bed getting nasty from humidity after it rains, but probably not an issue.

I at first had added weather stripping both just in the corners, then along the whole front rail and it actually seemed to make it worse. It leaks the least when it's just on as is. I'm interested in the water channeling mod though

I purchased some black silicone and ran a small bead along the weather stripping and also used it to fill the gaps toward the cab where the weather stripping didn't meet the front corners. It helped significantly.
