Sweet! Looks like I need to sell the Hella's and get a 30" LED Bar. Looks like the 3rd Gen has more open space on the UC winch plate than the 2nd.

I like the bull bar but not too keen on the light mounted on the sides. Here is mine, now I need to figure out how to mount a winch.front view.jpg

Check out the Warn #102874 mount - it has the radiator guard pipe welded to the "hidden" winch base. You could do that too if you are willing to refinish the mount.

What do you mean by refinish the mount? Would I need to get a new bull bar to mount the winch?

The radiator guard / light hanger tube could be added by a skilled welder fabricator to many of the "hidden" winch carriers. But .... it would have to have the paint or covering re-finished to get a nice looking job out of it. The Warn unit is manufactured out of 1/4 steel plate - and not all of the hidden winch set-ups have that sort of rugged skin.
