1" leveling kit.

Hey guys, I'm looking at getting some new wheels but I am a little confused about what will fit. I want to run 285/75/16, on16/8 what back spacing will I need to prevent rubbing. I'm driving an 04 dbl cab, could someone please shed some light for me.
