Big tires need lots of positive toe. The hub spacers only exaggerate the tire wear from negative toe.

Tires like those basically are garbage after 5/32 they will wear faster and don't really have any purpose left to them.

Also do you do side to side diagonal rotations? It makes a big difference with aggressive tires and battling the feathering on the edges.

How bad were your rotors warped? I had mine replaced under warranty at around 22k miles. There was a noticeable steering wheel shake when braking at anything over 40 mph. I haven't had that happen since, but I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

How much positive toe do you think? And won't that just cause more outer wear?

As for the alignment, I'm not too sure. I've been getting it done at the dealer, and once at discount tire.

Pretty bad but I couldn’t tell from the steering wheel shake cause I have LT and my steering didn’t shake at all. I had to go through all the steps to figure it out.

Man that stinks because you still have more than half the tread depth on the outer shoulder lug.
