    What I’ve done in the past is find a new dealer.

    look up the service mgr name on the new dealer website and explain your frustration. Ask if he can help you. You’ll probably have a new best friend now at that new dealership.

    The service manger doesn't want to hear Karen stories about how the service sucked somewhere else. It's going to raise his or her neck hairs that they might be dealing with a Karen.
