King 10" coilovers w/ resi. 3.5" over long travel kit. Factory spindles w/ ALLPRO gussets. Total Chaos tower gussets. Energy Poly cab mounts and steering rack mounts. Glassworks fenders and bedsides. Home fabbed bed cage. King 2.5x16 bypass shocks in the rear. DMZ long travel rear end. Race radio (2meter). Removed secondary carbon air filter. Exhaust dumped before the axle / no muffler. Phram fresh air cabin filter. K&N replacement filter, After market stereo, Grillcraft grill, custom fabled roof rack with 7" HID's, PRP race seats.
Made a call to Total Chaos today and the lady I spoke with (Shelly), said that my issue is definitely the uni ball and that they generally last about a year on a pre runner and about three years on a daily driver/weekend warrior. Beyond that you can expect rattles and slop to begin increasing. That being said I'm confident I made the right choice to get some new ones. I bought these arms used so I know if nothing else they are older than three years so this should breathe some new life into them. I'm hitting up Ocotillo on Saturday and I hope I can get these uni balls pressed in before I go. I'll report back to you after Saturday.

Here is how I went about replacing my total chaos uca uniballs. I didn't do a write up because I can barely find threads about the topic. Anyhow here are some pics of how I went about replacing mine and if anybody is interested I can do a write up. Here are just a few pictures to guide you through the process.

Materials FK uniball: Price $60each Qty. 2
    Autozone Ball Joint Press: $100

The Press can be rented from autozone as part of there loan a tool program so its absolutely free if you return the tool. The uniballs can be purchased from ORW or Polyperformance online. Probably just about any good shop will have these.

Disclaimer: This is most likely not the correct way to do this as the tool is for removing ball joints and not uniballs. However, it worked for me and I didn't have to take the UCA off so I'm stoked with this method. I did remove the coilover but it was considerably easier than removing the uca in my opinion. To finish the procedure you will need the press to put the new uniball back in. The uniball can become sideways and the press will get tight. Simply use the press off center to push the high side back into line with the low side and you can continue on as normal.
