Unidentified sensor connectors

Hi all,

I have a few unidentified sensor connectors under my vehicle and was hoping for some help. Some background: this is a 3rz-fe from a 2000 tacoma, 2.7/4x4, Auto tranny. I've checked the schematics to the best of my ability and still have questions. I'll upload some pics. First off, I have a light blue connector and port at the front end of the transmission with Red/white and White/black wiring. I **think** this is part of the VSS system but am unsure. Second, I have a light grey sensor with White/black and Red/green wiring. I can't seem to find the port for this plug. Lastly, I have a connector near the speedometer port that has Red, Blue, and Green/red wires on the female connector but the male connector didn't seem to survive the swap. There are some tape labels on the wires would have the male connector, in case anyone can deciper them. They've fallen out of the connector and I'm unsure which order they go in (again, pic attached).

For some background, this is a 3rz-fe that replaced an old 3R in a 1994 JDM Hiace camper van. The shop that worked with me on the major parts of the swap didn't finish the job right and so I'm hunting down the answers from a more knowledgeable group. Weird job, I know, but I appreciate any help y'all can give in advance!
