    Good evening gents,

I’m planning to purchase an HP tuner for my 2007 4.0 here soon but have a question with regard to my current setup.

I’m currently running the URD MAF (have been for going on 12 years now) and am curious to know if I can just “unplug/uninstall” to return my ECU to a stock MAP in preparation for the HP tuner.

I’m mostly ignorant with this stuff so apologies if it’s a dumb question and thanks in advance for your help/patience.

You could do that. You could also, if you have the tuning program, make all of the cells in the tables zeroed out.
