I think Toyota calls them a “Transfer Indicator Switch”
See if you find anything using that term.

I did find that online. I was out on some dirt roads yesterday and had to use 4 lo a couple of times. It would work perfectly and did not blink in the beginning but as I kept driving and tried to put it back into 4 Lo it repeated the original issue. I forgot something to pin the plug with but I tapped on the 4 lo transfer indicator switch and after one tap the light went solid. I also fixed the locker light as the sensor on top of the diff had a bunch of corrosion around the base and I removed it, cleaned it, and now the light stays solid when the locker is engaged. I can almost bet money I just need a new 4 Lo indicator switch as when I tap the switch and housing it sits directly into the light stops blinking. I imagine the o-ring as mentioned above is going, and as oil is slung it probably interrupts the contact. The transfer case motor in that area also seemed a bit wet or oily coming out of this sensor area. Thanks for the help guys, and letting me find just the switch. I will order this eventually now that I know what it is.
