different...I agree with the rest as long as your happy that's all that matters...

1 suggestion if you end up not liking it there...you could do what my friend Kevin did...cut apart the entire Tacoma Emblem, sand the rough edges, paint the emblem (whatever color) to cover up the imperfections and put them on the bottom of the tail gate even spaced apart...retro looking but with a twist...

sorry for not having a good pic...I will ask him to take a picture from the back to get a better angle and look at the emblems...

Wondering how it would look with stock badging and a TRD emblem there, or maybe just the TRD...

How about on the door like the 1st gen tacos. High above under the side mirror? Just a thought.

I have to agree with these folks.

Having said that I would be remiss to say that I was surprised to read so many comments saying they liked it.

    Just goes to show you.

Be that as it may .... it is your truck man ..... as long as you are happy .... once again, peer pressure is an ugly beast. :D

I think you got something there. Send a picture maybe they will take your idea to heart. Maybe even give you something for your idea.

Ultimately it's whatever floats your boat. Personally, I think this would be something that would have to grow on me. Actually it kinda reminded me of the 1st gen badge placement. And welcome to TW!

Thanks for all the responses. Wasn't expecting this much involvement. TW is pretty schweeeet!!! Will come in handy when I get my grillcraft upper and lowers and sockmonkey's black bumper vinyl next week.

Do it, I think that looks sick. Be unique with your emblems, everyone and their mother blacks them out and puts them back in the same spot. Really though, if my mom had a tacoma, I bet she would do that :D

I think you should just leave them off. Just my two cents. Gonna take mine all off eventually.
