Why not just have someone fabricate it for you locally?

You just gotta find someone good with a tube bender, mig or tig welder, plasma cutter, and a tape measure

I got a guy by me that does custom Fab, lemme see if I can get some pics of his works.

they are the same thing. im sure it would not be hard to modify the mounting portion of the bumper.

 

I think the only difference is the area below the grill. The 2012+ bumpers go straight across and dont dip down in the center for the grill. I have seen a plate bumper built for 05-11 on a 2012+ and there is a gap under the grill to the bumper, so the other way around would probably mean you would have to cut the bumper to allow for the grill or modify the grill.

 

looks cool but very weak......look at ato and bruteforce hybrids if you like that bumper
