Full disclosure, I initially wanted the trd version however I managed to screw up the decal. Luckily or maybe forseably (sp?) the OP gifted me 2 Tacoma stickers with my purchase. Sooo this is my salvage job after screwing it up. I recommend 2 people for the job. ..thanks OP great communication, and turnaround.

    Nothing yet...
Take a new exacto knife/blade and make tiny holes in the bubble and force the air out the hole... it'll help.

Edit: Oh, I guess you already pulled it off...

For those doing this, put 3 drops of dish soap in a spray bottle, fill it up with water and spray your truck before applying... then use a plastic squeegee (or hard credit card type thing) to smooth it out.

I am so sorry , and good job for salvaging it. These decals are large and need a lot of soapy spray and preferably two people with 4 hands. I always include some form of gifts to my customers.

Looks very nice despite installation error.

@amirak Awesome designs! Quick question for you if you do not mind. Do you know if the side decals will fit on a second generation tacoma, or is it possible to have them shipped as one piece?Would it be possible for you to modify a design to fit on a Second Gen Tacoma, such as the bed side decals?

Hey everyone, so I received my decals today and was eager to install them, so eager in fact that I messed up the door one. I'll speak more on that later. This post will be a basic review of the kit from Jupiteromearth.com and my experience dealing with him and the product.

So I placed my order on Tuesday after several back and forth messages where Amirak was very responsive and helpful. He let me design my own pieces that I wanted to and verified they were correct prior to cutting them. They looked great to me so we proceeded.

On Wednesday morning he was ready to ship and told me he'd provide tracking once it shipped. I asked what method he used and he informed me it was always USPS flat rate. I informed him that I always have issues getting packages from USPS and usually have to go pick them up (I'm out in the boonies). He let me upgrade to UPS for the small upcharge (He ended up not charging me the upcharge because of some PayPal processing issues- he may not want me telling you that, but I really appreciated the gesture).

He shipped them yesterday morning and I received them today from UPS at about 6:00 pm. Well I decided I just HAD to install them tonight. All was going well and I had about half of the left door on. Then, I ripped a piece trying to smooth it out. Luckily it was a piece I could just cut off and it still might look okay. I did just that and moved on.

I went to do the bed graphic and it was a breeze. It took maybe ten fifteen minutes. Went right on straight the first time and was good to go. The second one took even less time and I had no problems. I'm posting pictures of both because I was debating on whether it was too busy with both sets anyway.

Ultimately I decided to pull the left door back off of the truck and just leave the bed decals for now. I will more than likely end up ordering the door decals again and trying my luck with some help. He was open to helping me out with one side as well.

Through the whole process communication was great and easy. The vinyl material is high quality (better than I expected) and was very easy to move around on the truck. I just messed up with my eagerness. The cut piece I spent too much time fixing and let the back piece dry on crookedly, so the doors just ended up not going my way. If anyone is interested in doing these it's definitely worth the money IMO.

I'll post pics so you can hopefully avoid my mistakes and see what it looks like on a real BBP taco.

    -Jesse
