Yes, the radiator area needs to be painted black and the horns need to be relocated.

After that you're good to go.

I picked it up local from a friend of mine. I'll ask him if he has a piece for the Hood Scope and if he does, I'll just toss it in. I'm not sure if he has an extra piece for the bumper that is long enough. But I'll find out.
