As we know the nissan utilitrack is a really good system(sorry but yeah better than taco and tundra). Its also identical to unistrut so the piecees from each can be used accordingly.
Ive seen someone here change the taco original track and replace with unistrut so i did it too. Drill some extra holes and use original mounting points and your done.
I also always liked the Titan overhead rack. Mainly the look but also the fact that it moves and can be removed using the rail system. The other rack systems are clamp on or need a new rail system added as well as they arent that cheap. And they look very industrial and not matched to the truck. So what I did was go on craigslist and found a used set for $180 vs new which is $365++. It's not rated at carrying a ton of weight but it does what I need it to do. The width of the Tundra is something like 58" between rails while the taco is 54". I saw on a frontier forum how a guy did this mod. and took ratchet straps to bend the bars closer to make it fit thinner width bed.

Let me know what you think
