Unknown Engine noise

    Magna flow Exhaust. Intake. Throttle body spacer. Cust stereo w/ cust sub box. Bed ext. trailer tool box
    I have a strange noise coming from the engine and sometimes gets worse with the AC on. The noise is hard to explain but I do know its not the belt. Any help or questions to help solve the issue would be greatly appreciated.
