The upper triangle is the province in China that made this specific run of coins. Very rare coin. The only injection molding machines making these are in China.

Got a look at it today. It's a rubberized polymer. Thinking the lift puck theory is the most likely, but I don't think it came from me. Been a while since I got my last service, and I've driven through an aweful lot of snow and slush since then for it to have been stuck this long.
